- My question is with regard to the use of an and a in a sentence regularly we use an or a depending on the next vowel used in the sentence for example an apple a basketball game, but how about sounds for example hour which has a vowel sound when you speak it but spelled as consonant.

- When do we use "no" and when we use "not", I am very confused.
